You may make an exchange of an item within 30 days of purchase provided that it is returned to your Boutique Partner in new condition and in original packaging. For Boutique Partners to make a returns claim, please e-mail returns@styledotshome.com with ALL of the following details:

• Boutique Partner’s name, address, phone #, Order #
  
• Product SKU # and Product name
  
• Quantity of each
  
• Description of defect
  
• Photos of defects and entire product in question
  
• If we are shipping the replacement product to a client, we will need: Client’s name, address, e-mail and phone number.
  
  If you are instructed to return the defective items to the warehouse, use proper packaging and the least expensive shipping method that still offers tracking.
